Mohammed Bin Rashid Fund for Enterprise Support aims to prepare a distinguished generation of Emirati investors and provide support to Emirati youth in order to expand in the field of entrepreneurship and increase the contribution of small and medium enterprises to the country’s GDP. It is noteworthy that the Fund is not limited to financing and giving money only, but rather its policies are based on qualifying an entire generation of entrepreneurs to build a better future.
(1) Seed Loan:
It is a loan granted to entrepreneurs wishing to establish small businesses or to those who own projects and want to expand their activities. Loan amount ranges from (AED 100,000: AED 1,000,000). This loan is a non-profit loan that has been allocated with the sole purpose of: Reduce costs on UAE projects.
(2) Credit Loan:
Loan amount ranges from (AED 1,000,000: AED 3,000,000). It is also a suitable solution for owners of SMEs wishing to expand and reach a distinguished position in the world of entrepreneurship. It is noteworthy that this loan is granted by some banks with which the Fund has signed memorandums of understanding and agreements, and its interest rate is appropriate and competitive.
(3) Bill Finance Loan:
It is a loan ranging from (AED 10,000: AED 1,000,000).
Targeted Projects:
The Fund targets innovative projects or those that work to meet a market need in the Emirate of Dubai, as well as projects that have not reached their fifth year of operation.
Note: The minimum contribution to the project (for the project owner) must not be less than 20%.
